Remote worked perfectly for a week and then stopped. After a day of working on it, I found that one of the buttons had slid slightly under the plastic housing. That meant nothing would work and killed the batteries. I replaced the batteries and after pulling down with my thumb on each button I finally found the stuck button. Has been working fine since.
