I make daily use of a vibration plate after rowing. I was concerned that you needed a remote to make use of the plate, and that the remote was not that robust. I purchased this remote for use as a spare, and I am quite pleased with the purchase (for about the cost of a couple of batteries). Now if I can only remember where I put it when I actually need it.
