This is safe and kills so many things. You can prepare it in a spray bottle for an active outbreak or just a cleaner. I learned about this after adopting a cat that developed Ringworm within 9 days of having him. It didn't even discolor my fabric on my chairs. I found little to no smell. Buying the gallon is the best value. You can even use it in the washer. Read more

My vet recommended Rescue Concentrate when I asked what they use to disinfect exam rooms. Been using it ever since. Bleach water (8–10%) works too and costs less, but it’s rough on some surfaces, smells bad, and takes longer to dry. Rescue smells kind of like hydrogen peroxide, but it evaporates quickly — faster than water, though not as fast as isopropyl. I spray it everywhere: floors, cabinets, doors, rugs, even my leather couch. Tested it first on old rugs, and it didn’t stain or fade anything. I’ve got chickens and sometimes board dogs. Works great around the coop and patio (when they’re out), and it actually helps with odors. It’s not Febreze, but outdoors it kills that dog and chicken smell way better than expected. It’s my go‑to cleaner for daily use. If an animal gets sick or a new dog visits, I break out Virkon S — more heavy‑duty, but also harsher. For everything else, Rescue Concentrate is safe, simple, and solid for everyday cleaning. Read more

Great pet disinfectant. I foster kittens and sometimes they come with diseases. This is great for wiping down everything and the gallon will last me pretty much forever. No strong scent, drys quickly. Read more

As someone who volunteers frequently at animal shelters and has fostered numerous pets, finding an effective disinfectant that is also safe around animals has always been a priority. This ready-to-use disinfectant cleaner has been a fantastic addition to our cleaning supplies, ensuring that our spaces are not only clean but also safe for every new furry friend that comes through our doors. The 32-ounce size is quite convenient, providing enough solution for repeated use without the constant need for a refill. It's very effective at eliminating odors and leaves behind a clean, fresh scent without being overwhelming—a must when you're dealing with multiple animals in a confined space. I particularly appreciate that it does not leave any sticky residue, which I've found to be a problem with other cleaners. It’s also worth noting that the spray nozzle is not included. While initially, I was a bit put off by this, it turned out to be a non-issue as I simply used a nozzle from another bottle, and it worked perfectly. This also seems to be a more eco-friendly approach, reducing plastic waste by encouraging reuse. The disinfectant works excellently in various settings, from cleaning kennels and animal crates to freshening up litter boxes. It's labeled for veterinary use, and it's evident in its effectiveness and gentleness—qualities that are vital in a cleaner used around animals. Overall, I highly recommend this disinfectant for anyone involved in pet care, especially in professional or volunteer capacities like veterinary clinics, animal shelters, and foster homes. It offers great value, effectiveness, and ease of use, all while keeping our animal companions safe and healthy. Read more

Easy to use. Yes it does not come with a spray nozzle. However I had a basic one from Lowe’s and it fit perfectly. We used this on a used, but nice, pet stroller. Not knowing the prior owners or animal, we didn’t want to take chances with any ick that may have befallen the earlier animal. What I like most about this product is you spray it on until it’s wet and let it dry. Keeping it wet for a minute kills most of the bad things. Read more

I love the product. It seems to clean well and doesn't bother me or my dog. We are both very sensitive to cleaners and strong odors. I subtracted a star because the company needs to get a better spray mechanism, mine leaks all over waisting product and getting all over my hand when I use it. I need to get another spray bottle to transfer this cleaner into. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Read more

Absolutely, hands down the best pet urine smell removing, stain remover, and disinfectant ive ever used in my animal owning life. This stuff is great and works almost instantly. I was legit in shock the first time I used it. Its a little pricier than the regular pet urine products at the store, but my gosh try this stuff out before you keep using anything else! Its amazing and your house will smell like you don't even have animals! Just read the directions really good before you go spraying it everywhere. Keep food and water bowls away while spraying!
