I appreciate the neat packaging it came it. Just made it a little more special. Packaging aside though, the product itself is great. It feel really thick and strong. The band itself is comfortable and wide and gives me great resistance. It really feels like it's built to last. One thing i really like about it alot is that the anti-slip rubber that's on the inside is actually threaded in there. It's not just a strip of rubber that was melted in there. LOVE these bands!! I had normal rubber resistance bands before but they became too stretchy after using them so often. These fabric ones are great though! They don't stretch out, due to the thick material, and are a lot more resistant to make my workouts that much more challenging. I definitely prefer these in comparison to my old ones. There are three different sizes in the set you get- the smallest one is too tough for me to use, but the medium and large are great for glute activation. Read more

This is my first set of REAL resistance bands, and I am happy with my purchase. I have owned several pairs of cheap bands from bargain stores, of which I would usually only use the heaviest resistance for lower body workouts. These bands are of quality, sturdy and strong. I have only use the lowest and intermediate resistance so far, as I work my way up to the darkest/ highest resistance strap. These bands are pretty challenging. I have a rubber set and I’d say the easy one out of these is more of a medium resistance compared to the other set. I haven’t even been able to use the hard one yet! Very good quality material. Read more
