Stays in place
My physical therapist has assigned daily exercizes with stretchy bands. He showed me how to knot the band, then close it into the doorway. This door anchor is a stronger and more dependable way to hold the stretchy bands in place. Once inserted in the doorway you can leave it in place without affecting use of the door. Different weights of bands are easily changed and inserted into the door anchor without having to remove it. A great solution. Read more
