These bands are great for using resistance during your workout. Each color is a different strength and I typically use a medium and hope to get up to the highest. I love how they are different colors making it easier to remember which one is of a different strength. The length of them is perfect for working on many different exercises and they easily fold up and placed into the bag provided and taken on the go. This is a great compact set of travel bands to use for physical therapy or to do strength/resistance training workouts. I am not really an expert with regards to the workouts- I have used these for various PT & Ballet exercises in the past & keep a set in my suitcase for travel & at home as needed. This set is great in that it has all the various band sizes whereas most give you 2 or 3 sizes. The nylon bag is great for storage & it has an instruction manual for those starting out. These resistance bands are a good option for a desk job. The first two bands are very similar in resistance, but the others are effective for small leg workouts. I haven't been able to stretch the heaviest band enough for a full-body workout, but I'm hopeful that I will be able to in the future. They appear to be well-made and durable. Read more

I have enjoyed this set of resistance bands for strength training and also for some physical therapy exercises. There are several things I like about this item - they give you a full set of bands so you can vary the resistance based upon your preference, they are clearly labeled so you know which resistance you're using, and the color variety allows you to easily identify the perfect band once you try them out.
