Great product. Comes will poster size instructions for a wide variety of exercises. All items can be placed in the bag and taken anywhere for a good workout. I have arthritis in my hands so hold weights is difficult. These are a great alternative that I can use without having to worry about dropping them. Read more
So I thought that these would be wider and thinner but I guess that's a strap? Either way these bands are very nice. So far they have not popped, this happened to my last one, they appear to be of high quality especially for the price. They have lots of band resistance options. I have a hard time with the lowest band. Absolutely love that they come with a carry bag and a big chart that I was able to put on the wall for easy reference. The chart shows all types of exercises and help to make the band very functional and help ensure you'll use them. I will likely keep the chart for a long long time. All together this is a really great buy. Read more
These are a decent starter set for getting into resistance band training but I eventually ended up getting layered bands instead of molded. Can't go wrong for the price though. Read more

There are 4 brightly colored, different thickness bands. They come with 2 bar handles and a stop roller for the door. Also included is a drawstring pouch to easily store your equipment. It comes with a great in color poster to pin up on the wall with pictures demonstrating how to perform exercises for each muscle group. I would say these can be used from the beginner who is just trying out isometric exercise for the first time, to the guy or gal with the big guns! Read more
