Great product. Comes will poster size instructions for a wide variety of exercises. All items can be placed in the bag and taken anywhere for a good workout. Thin think bands love

So I thought that these would be wider and thinner but I guess that's a strap? Either way these bands are very nice. So far they have not popped, this happened to my last one, they appear to be of high quality especially for the price. They have lots of band resistance options. I have a hard time with the lowest band. Absolutely love that they come with a carry bag and a big chart that I was able to put on the wall for easy reference. The chart shows all types of exercises and help to make the band very functional and help ensure you'll use them. I will likely keep the chart for a long long time.
