I’ve benefited from using the bands along with exercise diagrams so much I purchased another one for my friend! Great for traveling, using at home or bringing to gym. The well thought of design of varying color bands works in unison to diagrams. Plus it’s easy to carry pouch makes it an efficient & effective tool to make working out fun at any fitness level!! I've had this for many years and they have held up! I use them mostly for lower body exercises, but I figure they can be used for upper body as well. Highly recommend! Read more
Good price, good product. It might be too weak for anyone seriously fit, but for normal people like me, it is perfect to have around home and office and just pull it out for simple exercise. The poster that came with is also helpful. My friends got some resistant bands for a similar price at Target and Marshall but those were way thinner and not as sturdy. Read more
These bands are okay, I bought them thinking they would be a nice addition to my gym routine. I don’t know if I am just using them wrong?? The bands roll down and bunch in a line almost immediately. I usually end up getting frustrated constantly readjusting the bands and it ends up hurting my legs from the pressure of the band. :/ Read more
After my second baby, I had to go to physical therapy for help with pubic symphysis dysfunction--a condition that many women have during and after pregnancy. After physical therapy, I worked with a personal trainer for two solid months to build strength before I stared running again. The trainer basically gave me one of these resistance loops and a handful of workouts to do with them. I did those workouts religiously and was in awesome shape when I was able to start running again. The key is to build strong core, glute, and abductor muscles that help to keep your pelvis bones together. Resistance bands are the key to building strong muscles in your mid section. And this set of hands is awesome. There are five bands of different thicknesses so that you can graduate from one to the next as you grow stronger. You can also use different bands for different workouts. Look up some workouts to do with these bands and you won't regret it...whether you're new to working out, getting over and injury, or maintaining strength. These are great to use at home or to throw in your gym bag. They even come with a little carrying my case. Great value for a product that will help you get/stay strong.
