Double L in Dallas—December 2, 2025
I love these double-wall mugs and use them for coffee or iced soft drinks. The size and shape is perfect and it’s easy to hold with the curved handle. You do have to be careful with these or any double-wall glassware because they can break just like regular glass but they can go in the dishwasher. Read more

I was really pleased with the quality of these in maintaining my coffee's temperature. They have capacity for a standard cup from nespresso, and they provide some novelty in seeing the layers of the coffee. Functinonally, these are perfect -- they provide the ability to have coffee in a fun way. Read more

I got these RestaurantWare Forma 11.8 ounce double walled glasses specifically for cappuccino and lattes. This comes with two glasses per order. The glasses are almost five inches high and three inches in diameter. This gives them a great shape to all for ample amount of frothed milk without worrying about overfilling. The glasses are made from borosilicate glass, which makes them less susceptible to breaking and scratching. When these arrived, I was surprised at how delicate they felt despite being made of such a durable glass. The double wall keeps my coffee warm for quite some time without warming the exterior of the glass. They are dishwasher safe for easy clean up and microwaveable. I am happy with these glasses so far and would order them again. Read more

These insulated coffee cups do a good job of keeping hot and cold beverages at a consistent temperature inside and temperate outside for easy handling. The glasses feel sturdy and are supposed to be dishwasher safe. However, after running them through the dishwasher on the top rack, fine scratches began to show on the glass. I’ve reverted to handwashing to be safe. I also worry about water getting inside the walls from the heavy spray of a dishwasher. The description states they are unbreakable, but beyond the scratching issue noted above they feel delicate and not sure they would stand up to a fall to the floor. The size of these cups are really nice and appropriate for cappuccinos, lattes, or teas. The cups also work well for cold drinks and can be put in the freezer to lengthen the chill. The gentle curve of the lip makes them easy to include lemon or lime wedges. These mugs are a solid buy and a great addition to my kitchen, though I recommend treating them with some care to ensure a long life. Read more

I love the double-wall mugs! Living in a small apartment, it’s very useful to have drinkware that works for both hot and cold drinks. These are also extremely lightweight and dishwasher-safe, which makes them extremely convenient to use. The handles are comfortable to use, and the shape feels very futuristic like something out of Star Trek. Read more

Pros: Good design double wall cups. They look almost identical to the Bodum cups we have. Includes 2 8oz cups. Glass quality is good. Holds heat or cold well with the double glass design. No water leakage into the cup after hand washing. Great size for espresso. Cons: They are fragile and can be cracked easily, but this is the same with all double walled glasses. Read more

This pair of 5.1 ounce coffee/expresso cups are double-walled/insulated and are made out of borosilicate glass. They are listed as dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. Their look is classy and cute with a stylish handle. Unfortunately, both cups have quality control issues with several small bubbles in the glass, and one cup has a very large bubble around the rim. The smaller bubbles on the rim and within the walls and base are not too bad, but should still be considered minor quality control issues. However, the large bubble on the rim is big enough that it is very noticeable visibly (see pictures), can easily be felt with your finger or lips when drinking out of the cup, and should have never made it past quality control. If not for the quality control issues, these would be very nice premium double-walled glass cups. Read more

I’ve been using these Restaurantware double wall glass cups for a short while, and they’re solid overall, but not perfect. The insulation does a good job keeping drinks hotter (or colder) for longer without making the cup too hot to touch. The handle is comfortable, and the cups feel well-balanced in the hand. The borosilicate glass feels sturdy, though I wouldn’t call it unbreakable — you still need to be careful when washing or storing them. I like that they’re dishwasher-safe, which makes cleanup easy, but the double wall design means you have to watch for water getting trapped around the base. One thing to note is size: at 11.8 oz, they’re a nice in-between for coffee, cappuccinos, or tea, but they might feel a bit big if you’re mainly drinking espresso. Also, because the glass is clear, fingerprints and water spots show quickly. Bottom line – sleek and functional cups that perform as promised, but they’re not entirely fuss-free. If you’re okay with a little extra care, they’re a great addition to the kitchen. Read more
