Customers find the keyboard and mouse set easy to set up and use, appreciate its pretty colors, and like that it's not noisy with light clicking sounds when typing.

I love this set! The keyboard us easy to use. The mouse is quiet and light weight. It looks great and it is functional. Read more
I use it every day at work and get lots of complements. Convinced my boss to buy the same one, she loves it. Takes only a minute or so to set up. Connects beautifully, no complaints. I've had the same batteries in for months. Comfortable to type, but can be loud (hence the type writer look). If this one broke, I'd buy the same one again. Definitely worth the money. Read more
Cute addition to my desk. I love the colors and the price. The only downside is that I often have to turn the mouse off and on to “wake” it up. Read more
Cute keyboard. Worked great until the on/off switch on the keyboard suddenly popped off and the keyboard stopped working. Wish it had a normal Bluetooth button to press and not a switch. Read more
It’s really cute and the size is great. If you love a clicky keyboard this is not the one for you. Trust me. It’s so quiet and I wanted clicky so I had to return. Other than that the raised key feature is nice. Easy set up Read more
Loveeeeee!!! I’m a keyboard snob because I work from home, and have long nails. I needed more flat buttons and this is PERFECT! Even better, it’s got the most pleasant sound, not too hollow and loud but a nice typing cadence lol! If you know you know. Also, it’s super light, good for small spaces, the colors are SO cute, and the mouse is also a soft press so it’s nice and low on the sounds too. I don’t like harsh clicking sounds and keyboard sounds so that was nice!!!! You will need batteries for the keyboard and mouse. Amazing product for the price point. Read more

--- Overview first impression When I first opened the box, I was struck by how charming this combo looks. The retro typewriter aesthetic with round keycaps really gives it personality—it’s the kind of thing that catches your eye on a desk. The matching mouse finishes the look; it doesn’t feel like they just paired a generic mouse, which is often what happens in combos. Physically, the keyboard feels lightweight but reasonably solid for what it is. The mouse has some heft, not overly premium but enough that it doesn’t feel toy-ish. The packaging was adequate—protective foam, wrapped parts, everything in place, no damage. --- Design & Build Quality Keyboard Keycaps: The round keycaps are the star of the show. They’re cute, fun, and evoke that vintage typewriter vibe without being gimmicky. The material feels like standard ABS plastic, which means they’re slightly soft-matte, a bit prone to shine over time but also less likely to crack if you press too hard. The legends are clear and readable. Layout and Size: It’s a compact USB wireless keyboard (full-size in width, but no numeric keypad if I remember correctly, or at least reduced/compact layout). The slope is gentle. It has rubber pads on the bottom so it doesn’t slide around too easily. There are no crazy multimedia gimmicks, but it’s sufficient for regular typing, casual use, office tasks. Weight & Feel: As mentioned, lightweight. For typing, the keys have a mild tactile feel—not mechanical, obviously—but comfortable. No big rattle. Some flex in the board under heavier pressing, but not enough to be distracting. For general writing, browsing, etc., it’s more than usable. Mouse The mouse is modest in size, contoured enough so it sits comfortably in hand. The clicks are quiet (“silent click”) as advertised, which is a plus in shared spaces. DPI adjustability (three levels: 800 / 1200 / 1600) works well; it’s responsive and I didn’t notice major lag or skipping when moving fast or across multiple surfaces (mouse pad vs wood vs cloth). The scroll wheel is smooth enough, though a bit light. --- Wireless & Connectivity Uses a 2.4GHz USB receiver that handles both keyboard and mouse. That’s very convenient—just one dongle, less clutter. The receiver is stored in the bottom of the mouse. Range: advertised up to ~10 meters (≈33 feet). In practice, in my home setup, it works well from across the room (maybe ~4-5 meters) without noticeable delay. Walls add some interference as always, but no dropouts in normal office distances. Plug-and-play: No driver/install needed, recognized immediately by Windows machines. I tested on a Windows 10 laptop and a Windows 11 desktop; both worked right out of the box with full functionality. (I did not test on Mac or Linux, but some users report potential differences.) --- Battery Life & Power Management Keyboard needs 2×AAA batteries, mouse uses 1×AA. Has auto-sleep mode: after about 10 minutes of inactivity, the combo sleeps to save battery. That does help; whereas before sleeping the keyboard and/or mouse can stay responsive when I pick them up. Power indicator LED: there’s a red light on both when turning on and when low battery (red flashes). Useful, though the low battery warning isn’t super early—sometimes I notice sluggishness before the light starts flashing. --- Strengths & What Works Well Aesthetic appeal: If you like vintage / typewriter look, this delivers. It’s fun and decorative as well as functional. Quiet use: Silent clicks on the mouse, quiet keyboard / no loud mechanical clacks, which makes it good for quiet spaces, shared rooms, evenings, etc. Convenience: Shared dongle, wireless, no driver setup. Good for plugging into laptops, using in living room, etc. Cost-effectiveness: Given what you get (keyboard + mouse combo, decent wireless range, sleep mode, etc.), seems reasonably priced. You’re getting more than a barebones combo, in my opinion. Good value for casual / light users: For typing emails, essays, browsing, web work, streaming, etc., it delivers well. --- Weaknesses & What Could Be Better No numeric pad (if it’s the compact version)—for folks doing spreadsheets or heavy number input, that can be a downside. If your workflow depends on numpad, you’ll need to consider that. Key feel isn’t mechanical: This is obvious, but if you're used to a mechanical keyboard, the “give” / mushiness in keypress is noticeable. For touch-typists who like strong tactile feedback, this might feel a little soft or “flat.” Battery lifespan: Even with sleep mode, batteries will need replacement. For heavy use, or high brightness/LED-if any (though I think this model doesn’t have backlighting beyond the LED indicators), it can add up. Build rigidity: There’s some flex in long key rows when typing hard. If you tend to press firmly, the centre can flex a bit. Not enough to be a dealbreaker, but perceptible. Mouse scroll wheel: The wheel is smooth but light; in some cases, I felt it could use a sharper tactile feedback. For very precise scrolling (e.g. in long documents), it sometimes overshoots or feels a little sensitive. Limited OS compatibilities mentioned: The description says Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10. It doesn’t explicitly mention macOS, Linux, or Chromebook. If you use non-Windows machines, you might run into quirks. --- Real-World Use Cases & Fit Here are some contexts in which I think this keyboard/mouse combo is especially good — and others where maybe it isn’t: Ideal for Less ideal for Casual typing (emails, social media, web browsing) Heavy gaming, fast reflex mouse work (e.g. FPS) Home-offices, shared spaces, dorm rooms Professional typists / writers who need mechanical feel Aesthetic setups / decor, streaming setups with style elements Users needing numeric pad or very specific keyboard macros Users who dislike loud clicking / want quieter peripherals Users expecting high-end mechanical keyboard features or full desktop grade mouse precision --- Performance Over Time Over about 1–2 weeks of mixed use (web browsing, document writing, media control) I noticed: Battery performance is decent: I haven’t had to change batteries yet. The sleep mode seems to work reliably—keyboard enters a low-power state after inactivity. Connectivity remains stable. No random dropouts so far even with moving laptop around, distance about 5-7 meters, occasional obstacles. Key legends remain intact; after some use, no visible wear yet (but I’m not typing tens of thousands of characters a day). Mouse still good; clicks remain quiet, the DPI switch works, though the finish (paint/plastic) shows very minor scuffing after moving it on rougher surfaces. --- Verdict & Recommendation If I had to summarize: this is a very good keyboard & mouse combo for light to moderate use, especially if you care about aesthetics and low noise. It won’t replace a mechanical keyboard or a high-end gaming mouse, but that’s not its goal. For home use, office work, school, casual content creation, etc., it punches above its weight given its price. I’d recommend it to: Writers, students, anyone who types a lot but doesn’t need mechanical key travel. People who want a stylish desk set-up. Those who share rooms / want quiet peripherals. Casual gamers who don’t need ultra-fast mouse polling / mechanical switches. I’d hesitate to recommend it to: Gamers who want ultra-low latency or precise mouse control. Power users who need a numpad or custom keyboard macros. Users who prefer fully mechanical switches. --- Suggestions for Improvement If I were giving feedback to the manufacturer, here’s what I’d suggest to improve future versions: 1. Add a backlight or LED options (especially under keycaps): even a soft glow or customizable lighting could enhance aesthetics and usability in dim light. 2. Improve key travel / feedback: maybe a slightly firmer switch or hybrid membrane/switch that feels more tactile. 3. Include numpad or a detachable extension: many users need numeric input regularly. 4. Better scroll wheel resistance / tactile feedback on the mouse – make it feel less “loose”. 5. Mention compatibility more explicitly: include Mac, Linux, maybe mobile/tablet support. 6. Provide rechargeable battery option or include rechargeable batteries Read more
