Important upgrades and a great value👍
The Cellpowa600 has several important upgrades since the original Cellpowa500 was introduced a few years ago. Pass through charging has now been included in this model, you now can operate/recharge many a/c devices and not have to worry about running out of power when you are plugged into an outlet. The 10ms ups (uninterruptible power supply) feature allows your small coolers, fans, computers, modems, and pumps to keep running during power outages. The 537 watt hour battery allows extra time when we experience the power drops due to storms and our aging power grid. The 537 watt hour capacity will enable you to operate most a/c power tools (fractional hp) when you aren't close enough to an outlet or extension. You can also operate small air compressors for tires, leaf blowers for yard work on a/c for max performance. Recharging batteries for cordless tools is also easier when you can charge 1 battery while operating the tool on another battery. -----Cellpowa600 will NOT run a microwave or an electric heater, you need more watts. ----- The Cellpowa600 has another feature not usually found on solar batteries at this size and price point. This newer model does not need a separate power brick. The charging system is built in and makes the unit easier to move. The Cellpowa600 charges from 0 to 100% in <2 hours. It has a clear display that shows charge rate, input and output so you can quickly calculate how much run time your have for your device. Lots of usb ports make charging a phone battery, drone, GPS, or camera is a snap for this unit. A 12V plug receptacle is also included for charging these devices. The Cellpowa600 will arrive to you in a partially charged stage and getting to 100% is very quick. BigBlue has offered several other solar battery models and I hope they keep adding newer ones with more capacity to their line. I have purchased their other models up to 2500 watts and they are extremely reliable. Lastly, BigBlue does a great job with their shipping packages. The Cellpowa600 unit is safely packages in a durable box that has lots of padding. The accessories, power cable, solar connector, manual, and pouch are safely included in a smaller interior box. (A second exterior box takes all the abuse from the freight carrier. ) All in all, this is a great unit to take camping, for emergency power, and supplemental backup for your devices.
