I really love these boots! They’re beautiful and comfortable. I received these several weeks ago, but didn’t want to wear them in the snow (suede). I finally wore them and noticed one boot was kind of tight. When I got home, there was a Dr Scholl’s arch support liner in it! So I guess I got used boots! They look new, and I’m keeping them, as I’ve already got someone’s foot germs now. But I’m not really thrilled about having worn used boots. The boots get 5 stars, the seller not so much. Read more

I had purchased a pair of these boots from a competitor but when I saw Amazon's price was lower, I returned the others which was a mistake. As usual, buying anything from Amazon comes with the risk of receiving damaged or returned merchandise as was the case with these. I don't know why Amazon doesn't have QA or ssomeone checking returned goods to be sure they are okay to repackage and sell. Anyway, these boots by Revitalign are wonderfully comfortable though I am a little hesitant with them being suede and potential damage to them during wear. However, the comfort is hard to come by in most boots, so I will be ordering a new replacement pair in hopes that they really are new from Amazon. Comfort plus a good price = a winner in my book!
