I had never heard of these things before but it was recommended to use with a face moisturizer that I purchased recently. I thought what the heck I will try it - its also been stifingly hot where I live too, so I thought this would be soothing. I put it in the freezer and use it to smooth over my face while I put the moisturizer on and it is totally refreshing. Almost feels like I am getting a facial. it sort of brightens my face. Read more
