don't understand why this one is so underrated compare to the revlon color stay pencil. but this one is.the only real water proof and smudge proof one. I wear it to snorkeling two times (one in the morning one in the afternoon ) and it still stays on perfectly in the evening. the only catch is that you have to remove it with makeup remover (most likely a oil formulated unless u want to scribble your eyelid really harshly which is bad idea) hands down the best eyeliner , hope they never change formula or discontinue the product Read more

I have been searching for a while for an eyeliner that lasts overnight and is smudge resistant! This eye liner is amazing! It is easy to apply and a great value for money. The eye liner comes with 2 brushes so it can be applied to your desired sharpness in a thick or thin line. It is easy to remove with makeup remover but will not come off with just water right away.
