Good clean cuts, I have several, they are cheap enough to just have a pair in your gym bag, desk, bathrooms, etc. However they are totally not rated to large thick toe nails! Although they took this abuse admirably for quite some time before sudden catastrophic failure at the pivot point of the lever. A lot of name brand products have gone downhill in the last few decades, but other than a few cosmetic changes and one or two design improvements, this is unchanged. My Victorinox clipper is thinner, sharper and better quality than this Revlon, but I grew up using a Revlon and prefer the less sharp blades (but still sharp enough to get the job done) because I don't have to file my nails after I clip them. With the Vic, its blades are so sharp it produces a more squared cut which feels sharper than I'd like, so I have to file. Read more
