This liners has a great applicator. The tip easily gives me control so I can make a thin line or a thicker one. I prefer a thin line. This liner is not water proof but it stays as long as I need it and it’s easy to remove later. Read more

I have been using Revlon Colorstay eyeliner for about ten years now after switching from my trusty burnt pencil in highschool (90s girls, you remember doing this). So when I saw how cheap it was on Amazon versus my local drugstore I had to try this one out even though it said "Skinny" I figured, it's a felt tip I've got this. Now, admittedly it was a little tricky at first especially if you're used to the fatter tip on the original colorstay liquid eyeliner. But I found that after only three or four times applying it was significantly easier to get a more natural cat eye with this one and not have that overdone pin up look. With the skinny version I'm able to just lightly define my upper lashes. The formulation on this one is not drying or overly wet looking either. With some pen eyeliners as soon as I sneeze it's all over my lower lashes! Revlon doesn't crack, smear, or dry down looking like a sharpie either. I love the formula of this eyeliner, and the actual product is amazing. It lasts all day, is very black, and doesn't bleed into my inner corners like other eyeliners do. My only issue really is the applicator. I prefer a firmer, more "rigid" one, like a felt-tip perhaps. This is literally just a brush, and I have to be very careful, slow and deliberate when applying or else it winds up everywhere. Full disclosure, I'm not a makeup expert, and I'm often doing my makeup while my kids are distracting me and, well, being kids. So, I really need a fool-proof applicator due to my circumstances. If you're alone and/or better at makeup, you're probably not going to have an issue...but if you're like me and need to be in a zen-like state in order to not make a mess, just be aware. Read more

I feel like there are so many better eyeliners on the market. The color is alright, and when it is very fresh, the sharpness and smoothness of the tip and formula is pretty respectable. However, after a couple of uses, the tip gets much harder to use, even sometimes sticks to the formula and removes eyeliner from the eyes. They could work on their durability for sure. The drying time is pretty quick, but it ends up flaking a couple hours later. Don't really recommend, just get a different eyeliner. Read more

I regularly wear this product and use it almost daily, It is my all time favorite liquid eyeliner for easy application and long wear (8-10 hrs) It is not very smudge-proof but it wont move unless you purposely smear it, and it is not at all waterproof which works for me as I use water to help me shape it if I mis-apply.
