The sharpener would work on eyeliner, lip liner, and eyebrow pencils, just make sure it's a pencil, otherwise it's going to bleed all over the thing, so it is for wood based makeup pencils. These are quite adorable, I have used them over the years, it works very well, sharpens remarkably, and easy to take apart to empty the shavings. It has two different size holes, so you can't really go wrong. Read more

This is the best sharpener I have ever used. It sharpens to a point and you can use on plastic non mechanical pencils like Wonderskin eyeliner pencils. Does a great job. Read more
This Eyeliner sharpener works alright, it comes with a removable top piece that reveals a pick for cleaning out the blades, it doesnt get the eyeliner to be sharp like a pencil but it gets it sharp to a better point than others may, i do think with the design it feels very high quality for its price and with it including 2 sizes for the sharpener it would be great if you use eyeliner often. I had another brand sharpener that constantly was giving me issues, wouldn't sharpen correctly and would even break my lipliner and eyeliner pencils. I bought this and tried it on the exact same pencils and it instantly sharpened them perfectly to a fine tip - no breaking, no half shaving, but exactly what it advertised.
