I can't say enough about these!! I have true, legitimate wide calves even from when I was younger & much thinner (thanks, genetics). I think they're between 17-18". It is such a struggle to find boots that look good, fit well & don't cost an arm & a leg. It's like the holy grail. I wanted to find a nice pair of boots for a trip to the vineyards with my boyfriend & our friends for October. I searched & searched & read review after review. I finally came across these beauties & took a chance after reading the reviews. I also bought them in black. When they arrived, I was immediately impressed with the quality. They are soft but well made & look much more expensive than they are. I haven't used it, but I thought the inner pocket was a really nice touch. They're the perfect height & extremely comfortable. They zipped right over my calves without a hitch & they were neither too snug nor baggy. Just that perfect little amount of room so it doesn't look like your legs are cased like a sausage. I wore them for about 10 hours that day & never once felt uncomfortable. For the most part, they stay up fine & don't ride down. I think I pulled them up a couple of times, but minimal slippage. I've worn these a bunch of times, even to walk my kids to school & they're so unbelievably comfy. The block heel is great. Before wearing them, I lightly sprayed them with a suede protector from Scotchguard just for an extra layer of protection. I will not hesitate to replace these in a heartbeat if the need ever arises. I am not very experienced at wearing boots, or heels for that matter. Any time I have done so in the past has left me seriously regretting it, with some horrifyingly painful feet at the end of the day. This is the first pair of boots I have bought to attempt to wear on a regular basis (daily basis). I bought one size larger than what I usually wear. Let me start by saying wow, these are SO comfy. Like, I was honestly shocked at how comfy they are. Second of all, they look AWESOME. They stop just below the knee, and are a *tiny* but thicker on one side due to the "hidden pocket", but other than that they are PERFECT. Personally, I like the clicking sound that heels make when you walk on them, and these do just that. They slide down *just a little bit* but that's easily fixable with thick socks. They are perfect for thick calves. Like, absolutely perfect. My calves (if I measured correctly) are 19" at their widest point. These boots fit totally fine, not a single hitch, and they still leave room behind as well. I don't usually write reviews, just honestly out of sheet laziness, but these boots deserve it. They are worth the time, and they are worth the money. I promise you will not regret getting them. Also, for what it's worth, I bought some over-the-knee boots from this brand as well. They fit amazing as well. This brand seems to make some really good quality boots for ladies who have legs on the thicker side, and THESE particular boots are an amazing testament to that. Get them! Don't even hesitate. I promise, you won't regret it. And keep in mind that is coming from someone who is 26 and has worn heels maybe a total of like, 10 times in her life (that includes heeled boots). Read more

I have so much trouble finding boots that fit. I was skeptical because the shoes size says wide. I wear a size 10 but have a narrow foot and size 17in calf. These fit so perfectly. I so have about a half in space at the top. They are very comfortable. The zipper is sturdy. Must buy. Read more

Very surprised at the fit and comfort. These are a dupe for the Stuart Weitzman knee high boots that are $600 made for super skinny legs and calves. I have wide calves and no boot will fit me ever. I’m 5’9”. I got the 10W and i am normally a 10 in shoes and 11 in boots. Ingot the 2 1/4” heel. Not flat and not the 4”. These rise up to directly below my knee. The entire calf is covered. There is visible room on either side at the top so they look perfectly roomy and make your legs look SKINNY. These are very surprisingly comfortable. I usually have achy feet in heels after about an hour of standing or walking. I got the black color bc it’s elegant classy and look like the Stuart Weitzman ones. They are sexy and can be worn daily over leggings, with skirts, or dresses. Cannot wait to wear these. It’s so hard to find a goodlooking good fitting pair of boots for a tall and wide calf (sport calf) girl but here I am reviewing with 5 stars. Unbelievable. So happy. Read more

Very good quality!!! And are big enough, with some room to spare, around my big calves lol. And the hidden pocket is so cool. They're comfy and the quality and color are great!! The media could not be loaded. nitially super excited that these boots fit my large calves and were not tight at the angles. However, after wearing them a few hours, the poor quality was very apparent. They constantly fall down, making a weird looking bulge at the ankle and the fabric attracts fuzz like a magnet. There is no support whatsoever under the foot, it is basically like walking on thick cardboard. The worst part was the heel on the right boot became squishy and flattened when I walked. The left boot did not do it so I was basically walking unevenly. As the heel flattened every time I stepped, it made a squeaking sound that quickly became very annoying. Even getting these boots on Black Friday for $45 was a waste of money!! Luckily I saved the box and was able to get my money back due to it being defective. Read more
