This is a fantastic table lamp, the tiny footprint is what I absolutely love about it. If you have it on a dining table, it doesn't take up a lot of space, if you have it on your nightstand table, you don't have to rearrange all of your little things around it. It has three settings for brightness, which is lovely. I do find that these LED lamps are trying to do too much these days, I don't understand what the top color changing light is for and I think that's kind of tacky. I just like the white light underneath. It's the perfect size for when my husband is sleeping, but I still want a little bit of light on my side that won't disturb him. It functions with touch sensitive controls on the top. It came charged out of the package so I was able to use it immediately, but it takes a standard USB-C charge, and came with a charger cord. All in all, this is a lovely product and it's so portable. I think I would even take it when I travel. The post is about 12", but comes in 2 pieces. The overall illumination simply isn't bright enough for any practical tasks, casting only a soft, warm yellow glow that is better suited for background ambiance in a dark room. Call me easy to please. I'm not going to tell you these are some wonder invention but they are 'very cool'. Maybe it's just me. I often joke that I wish I had a dozen of them in case the others break. It's the coolest little portable lamp when you need low light. It truly fits in the palm of your hand. It's about the size of 32 oz cup's straw. The top of the lamp shade alternates colors and the lamp itself has 3 settings of brightness. Very cool. I'm not going to sell you on the light brightness but I will say it's impressive for such a small novelty lamp. It charges pretty quickly and stays charged longer than other rechargeable lamps I have. It's a touch control switch and it seldom has issues turning off and on or switching brightness. Very responsive for a novelty lamp especially. i'm a fan...you either like things like this or don't. I do. And it's not bad quality for what it is.
