FIRST OFF, These shelves MUST be drilled into the wall in order to be installed. There is no other way to install them. This is going to be a permanent thing. The instructions are included, the template and everything you need (obviously except for the tools.) The shelves themselves are very heavy, 304 quality stainless steel. The edges are curved under. They are perfectly square and fit into the corner well. They are a great size to be able to utilize that space in the corner and not be intrusive and take up valuable real estate in the shower. I’m really impressed with the quality of these shelves. They're extremely sturdy and feel very well made. The stainless steel is thick and solid, and once installed it doesn’t wobble at all, even with several pounds of things on them. The corner design is a great use of space, and the drainage slots work perfectly to prevent water from pooling. It also gives you the option to choose between the sleek side or the railing side depending on what you’re storing, which is kinda neat I think. Installation was straightforward. Everything lined up nicely, and it comes with extra hardware in case something gets lost or damaged during install. I'm personally not using the hooks but I imagine are very handy for loofahs or razors or whatever you can hang on hooks. These are made of 14 Gauge (2mm) Stainless Steel, and feel incredibly strong. A person could stand on one of these if it was secured well enough! Your wall will need to be a perfect 90, since this goes all the way into the corner. The hooks are also very strong and take a lot of force to even get a flex out of them. For the sake of safety, PLEASE FACE HOOKS INWARD! If someone fell in the shower, hitting the shelf would be bad enough, but I'm trying not to imagine what would happen if you caught on those hooks. I would almost say these shelves border the line of being excessively strong, especially for the intended application. It's like a mirror, and has nicely rounded edges and the cutouts are very clean. This is a set of 2 heavy duty stainless steel corner shelves. I was surprised by their size and weight. Actually was looking for semthing smaller and lighterm but I can definitely put these to use. Designed specifically for secure drilling installation on tiled walls, these corner shelves can be used either with or without the railing. If used in a bathroom, I think it'd make sense to install them with the railing as to avoid wet and slippery shampoo bottles to fall off. THey ave drainage holes, which is very smart because stagnant water turns into mold very quickly in a warm shower environment. Each shelf has 3 holes with S-hooks in the front, which I am not thrilled about esthetically, but these come definitely handy for hanging loofahs or washcloths. On one hand this is a very nice set of shower shelves. They are very sturdy and seem like they’ll hold a significant amount of items also making them very functional and efficient. My only gripe is that these shelves require being anchored in and that is a challenge in our fiber glass shower unit. This is the second set I got. I simply love the design and functionality of the unit. It is very attractive and subtle. I love them S hooks that was enclosed with it. It has a great weight tolerance and holds several pieces of soaps and shampoo on it. Assembly was easy. It fit perfectly in the corner of the shower. However since I could not use screws to install it, I wish the company would offer a double sided tape that would be a better option for the moisture environment in the shower.
