This pull up bar arrived quickly, and I was able to install it within 5 minutes. This bar appears to be very strong and comfortable, with a soft grip. While installing this, it did move the trim on my door frame, but not a big deal, will fill with a little caulking. I needed this to just to hang from to stretch out my back, getting up there in age. One thing I really like about this bar is that I can close the door and leave it installed, no need to remove it. This bar is built strong. At first it was hard to lengthen, I couldn't really figure it out even though I was just didn't realize. However the pamphlet has a QR code to see a video in installation. So if you aren't good following words, they provide a video which was awesome. Once I saw the video it was easy to install. It has 3 detachable soft grip pads on each side to hold on to the door frame and padding. The design is A+ as it has a bubble leveler on each side to make sure both ends are parallel. Quality seems like it'll hold lots of weight, I didn't set it up to the maximum as I started to hear my frame crack inside and was afraid as I'm a renter.
