They have straps around the whole way up they are adjustable so you can make them tighter so the boot doesn't fall down your thighs and calfs while wearing them. These are show stopping boots. You walk in a room wearing these people look , and then ask where you got them. They are absolutely gorgeous and stunning. They aren't tacky. They are just beautiful. For a 4 inch stiletto, they are comfortable to wear too! With the color combo they go with a lot of things. Look so cute with jeans and skirts! Run true to size.
