They have straps around the whole way up they are adjustable so you can make them tighter so the boot doesn't fall down your thighs and calfs while wearing them. These are show stopping boots. You walk in a room wearing these people look , and then ask where you got them. They are absolutely gorgeous and stunning. They aren't tacky. They are just beautiful.
