I needed a lot of filling for a private party and couldn't decide on which kind to make. After another Baker made a suggestion of trying this filling I went for it. So, convenient to use and store. Not too sweet, everyone loves it. Plus, it would have been double to produce a fraction of what I bought. Which means my clients price would have been higher than the final bill.
