Good for throat comfort if dry from too much caffeine or antihistamines for allergies. Helps breath from drainage. Smooth shape comfortable in mouth without feeling like you’ll choke on or loose in mouth. Remains smooth for most part as it dissolves so not irritant to inside of moth or tongue. Been using for years. Grew up with the original horehound flavor ones(which are better for colds) but I prefer the lemon ones. Each one oval around size of a penny.
