Wife review*: They fit true to size but if you are looking to wear socks with your slippers I would size up. They are more like a boot but so warm and comfortable... perfect for the colder weather. I got the Chestnut classic. They look like suede and they have a thick, plush lining. I use them as my indoor slippers and I truly appreciate them when walking on our tile floors on cold mornings! These were the hit of the day! My nurse was explaining how her feet had been cold ever since blah blah blah...I'm sure it was a good story but i had tuned her out after 45 min of listening to it. It feels a bit full circle to think back to my high school days in 2008 when these infamous boots were everywhere. They really were all the rage. And now, 17 years later, I’m ordering a pair for my 4th grader because, of course, everything comes back into fashion. She’s excited to pair them with leggings this winter. These boots are soft with good support. I recommend for indoor use only (or outside for light use only) as I don’t think they are sturdy enough for heavy duty wear and aren’t waterproof.
