Will always stick with RIG when buying gaming headsets for my boys. They are hands down their top pick. When my son's headset finally quit working after two whole years, he wanted to try a different brand. He tried 3 different headsets and sent them back, just to say "I want to go back to RIG" 😂 and he asked me to order this one. Before he had the 800, this is the 900. He is very happy again and hasn't had one thing to complain about. My husband likes RIG but wanted to try steel series. He said as soon as that one quits working, hes going back to RIG. So I would 10/10 reccommend these gaming headsets. Great sound quality, awesome battery life, love the charging stand it comes with. And how easy it is to connect to your PC/xbox. Also love that it can be used for both. Read more

For anyone having problems with this headset, read this It was working just fine whenever I first opened it and was using it then I downloaded the app and then I couldn’t figure out why I had no game sound no more. It’s just a weird game mixer if you can’t hear no sound you most likely have your game mixer all the way set to hearing people talk instead of hearing any game volume. You gotta click the button down and then it’ll say game chat and that’s when you adjust the volume down and then it should be fixed. Read more

The mic is a joke. I have the RIG 800 for 2019 and it it way better than this. The single volume knob with a button to toggle between game/party chat is wack. Otherwise it is a great headset, great sound and comfort. But without a mic, any headset is rendered worthless, hence 1 star. Read more

I came to these as an upgrade from the RIG 800 that I have had for 2 years. I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my 8 year old. We game in the same area and when initially unboxed, they seemed to interfere with each other. I was staring at it and contemplating a return when I had an epiphany - download the app like I was told in the instructions. I didn't do that originally because I was like "pffffttt I've owned headphones, I don't need an app or instructions". And that was a lie. I needed the update. The app is laid out well and it was easy to update the firmware. After doing that, no issues. So far battery life is excellent, they are incredibly comfortable for long periods of wear and the connection that it makes now is solid. The app also helps to flip between the different modes if needed. Read more

Been a diehard RIG owner for many years now. Finally upgraded from the 800 to the 900. Way difference in quality. Headset is beefy compared to the 800. Not in a bad way. Feels way more sturdy. Clean and crisp audio. Having some issues with the Bluetooth setting. But my hardware still accepted it via XBOX app on Auto. RIG for the win!! Thanks for the awesome quality headset!! Read more

My son absolutely loves this product! He has sensitive ears (wears hearing aid) and says it doesn’t hurt his ears, even after hours of wearing. The charging station makes it quick to charge. Will most definitely stick with this brand and this specific product. Read more
