I injured both of my wrists several years ago due to attempting to move a large commercial refrigerator. The refrigerator started to tip over and because I workout religiously I thought I could hold it up. Luckily I held it up long enough for others to jump in and help. I severely sprained both wrist and ended up getting a hairline fracture in my right wrist. Over time the injuries were aggravated by continued use, leading to increased pain and discomfort. As a result, this chronic strain or damage contributed to the development of arthritis in both wrists. The arthritis causes inflammation, stiffness, and pain. It sometimes affects my ability to move my wrists freely or do certain tasks without discomfort. During certain weightlifting exercises it became difficult to hold onto pull down bars, cables pulls, and free weights. With these gloves I am now able to preform many of the exercises that were challenging for me to do because of my wrist limitations. I am VERY pleased with the product. It's made very well with very comfortable material. After reviewing the video on-line, it was very easy to put on and adjust the loops. I have very painful Arthritis in my right wrist and have not able to lift. I've been looking for a solution to my problem and THIS WAS IT.
