The medium fits perfect on my daughter who is 5 foot five and 135 pounds. It accents your boobs and pushes them up so they look really nice in the top. I was totally surprised when I put on this suit -- it has a total "Push Up" effect on your bust that is crazy! I thought it was just the model in the photo, but no I am a normal (overweight) 51 year old, mother of 3, 5'8 and 195 pounds and a C-cup. This bikini makes me look DD! And it is very true to size, I ordered XL and it fits great. I do have a little muffin top but no one will notice because of the crazy effect on top!
