This works very good. It is also very loud. I noticed some people said that it was not very loud and mine wasn't at first but you can go in and adjust the volume. And if you do that you can get a very loud ring tone. I don't even have mine said at max. I own a pretty big house. And I can hear it everywhere. It's nice it's small. Very easy to connect. All I did was scan the barcode. Then give it a name. And it showed up in the Ring app. Once you have it in the Ring app you can go into settings and change the ringtone. The volume. We finally got a ring camera and it came with a chime; however, we have that one set up in our living room and we can’t hear it’ll on the 2nd floor so we ordered this one to place upstairs. It’s nice and compact, I believe it’s even smaller than the other one that we have. I love the variety of ring tones available too, the holiday ones are super cute. Easy set up. I can finally get that old style doorbell chime off of my wall. I plugged it in above some cabinets and it works great. Plenty of doorbell tones to choose from. Adjustable volume is really nice. I am mainly using it as a doorbell. Maybe later I will go in and check out some of the other features. Read more
