I wanted to take the time today, and write a review on this heater. We purchased the natural gas heater. My husband installed it and he stated it was easy to assemble, (he does have experience installing heaters) The heater is an excellent additions to an area of the house where we converted the garage into a room. We have already used it on those cool fall mornings, and it works great. Nice part is it has its own internal thermostat and we can set the temp for the room and leave it. The room warmed up in minutes and the heater was quiet and smooth running. Plus the dogs and cat love the heat coming out of the e bottom, I have a feeling it will become a normal spot for all three of my fur babies. I would highly recommend this item. Purchased this based on its specs and ability to warm a large living room with adjoining rooms. My unit is powered by Natural Gas and performs beyond my expectations. Totally happy with it, particularly its speed, noise level, and heating performance. Love the humidufier feature. Only complaint and that is to RINNAI is that it is hard to find a RINNAI PRO that does space heaters. Everyone I managed to find through their website was a RINNAI WATER heater PRO and refused to deal with this. The manual is thorough however and my handy man was able to install. I would have still preferred someone that installs more of those rather than having to figure it out. Read more

Very quiet. Heats room quickly. Relatively easy to install once you get a gas line to the area. Controls are not totally user friendly. No app to control via phone. Read more

Rinnai heaters are high quality they are efficient and give good output. They have a great set back for a lower temp and it is programmable. This makes them more expensive but for me the ease of use is worth it. In this is the second one I have had installed. One part was damaged when it arrived, but eFaucet was terrific in working with Rinnai to get a new part sent. Read more

This was an easy install and i am delighted with the product. Just be aware that this unit only comes with the shortest vent option if your walls are thicker you will need to order the vent separately. Read more
