Freshness and Umami Perfected but Shipping Needs Work
This tea is outstanding. The freshness and rich umami flavor make every cup a real delight. The quality is flawless. The only problem is with Amazon logistics. Twice the tea was shipped in plastic mailers instead of proper boxes, and both times the packaging was damaged in transit. This is an issue with delivery, not with the tea itself. Read more

Excellent Tea, Excellent flavor however, they need to do a better job sealing the individual bags. At least 2 sachets in every box is sealed to the bag seem and the only way to get it off is to tear the sachet open. Disappointing for a brand. Read more
