Very nice piece of exercise equipment, seems very durable and is easy to use. I purchased this item to help build up back strength and to assist with pull ups/ chin ups. While the band helps you do the pull up, you will still have to work for it. I have no doubt that if you stick with it, the RitFit Pull Up Bands will help you achieve your fitness goals, whether your goal is to do your first pull up or to do ten+. Update: Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the bands, After contacting the company I received a quick reply. I was provided with replacements and very impressed with the service i received. 5 stars thank you. First off the bands look and feel great. I am using these with hope of eventually being able to do pull-ups and chin-ups again. I used the size chart and ordered the corresponding bands, Unfortunately they were not sufficient in allowing me to do a Pull-up. I have ordered an additional band which I will either add or substitute the weaker band for. I honestly was a little disappointed with the feel of the band. This is either from my lack of experience or something that is inherently present in all bands (I am not singling this brand out). All Bands show you a range of resistance. With these I feel like I have great support at the bottom and it is fairly linear as I come up, with the exception of the last 6 inches. At this point the bands seem to "give up" support and am left struggling. I am hoping to work through it and think these bands overall will be a great help to me. As I said the Quality is way up there (although this is pretty much the most expensive rubber band I have ever bought). Read more

I had no idea if these bands were going to be good or not, but they're SO good that I came on here to write a review. I own the red and the black band only. I do not use them for pull-ups, but rather for doing resistance training with my body (i.e. - standing on the band with two feet and lifting the band upwards to work my shoulders). There are a TON of videos on Instagram using these bands for resistance training. I am SUPER pleased with these actual brand of bands though. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've never heard of them and wasn't sure how well they were made. They're thick and strong! Very pleased for sure. Read more
