Very Easy to use product. Great for if you're just starting to exercise or don't feel like going to the gym all the time. I recommend this product. The durability is good. Dropped them a few times and they still work great. 5 pounds is great. If they start to feel too light you can add an extra rep to the workout. They are comfortable for those that prefer metal over rubber like texture. The metal gives a great grip in my opinion. Read more

I love these dumbbells. These are what I started with when I first started strength training with weights. Now I’m up to 20lbs with this same brand/shape of dumbbells. I love the hexagon shape because you can use them to do dumbbell push ups and they will be stationary and won’t roll around like a circle-shaped dumbbell would. Highly recommend this set along with the heavier sets! Read more
