I have been tracking my sleep data for years with Oura ring and regularly taking another magnesium pill. Switching to ritual’s drink mix got me some of my highest and most consistent sleep scores immediately and it continues to work over time. Really happy with the results. Tart cherry is a great add as well, because it has added benefits for inflammation and for me, workout recovery. Read more

I have a very active mind and body, so I'm usually restless and find it hard to fall asleep. This magnesium powder looks like it would help me relax before bed and also aid my sore muscles! I take this about an hour before I started getting ready for bed, and I start to feel a little sleepier by then. It doesn't upset my stomach, which is great, and I don't get any weird side effects like other sleep aids give me. Although I wish the tub included a little spoon to make it easier to measure out when mixing, I get that it would be additional plastic waste we don't need. Now, the flavor needs some getting used to. I think it's because the instructions say to mix with room-temperature water, which does not taste great with any powder mix IMO. I don't think the tart cherry flavor is overpowering at all. If anything, it's kinda subtle, but using room-temperature water makes this drink less enjoyable. For the price, I think you can just get individual magnesium capsules, and save the hassle of having to mix. But if you like a relaxing routine before bed, and mixing a nice little bedtime drink adds to that, then this may hold more value to you. It has also been debated whether powder is absorbed faster than capsules, but in my experience, there isn't much difference in how quickly I feel the effects. Read more

This drink supplement did help me with my morning hip and leg cramps. Sadly, I started having very upset morning intestines after taking it for two nights. I started having diarrhea, and nausea, so I had to stop taking it. I think I will have to reduce the dosage from two to one tbsp and see if that helps. Read more

Flavor is very mild, but the after taste is gross and overpowering. Hard to force myself to drink it, but feel like I have to use it up because it was so expensive and is nonreturnable. Plus like others said, for the price they should include a scoop. Read more

This magnesium drink mix blends tart cherry and magnesium bisglycinate to support sleep and relaxation. It dissolves well, is gentle on the stomach, and has a mild cherry flavor that’s best with cold water. While the calming effect is subtle, it’s a nice addition to a bedtime routine. Pros: clean ingredients, vegan, non-GMO, and third-party tested. Cons: no scoop included, and the flavor may be too light for some. Read more
