I’ve been using this toothbrush for a few weeks now. The medium bristles feel like medium hardness bristles (not soft, not hard). They’re a good size and seem durable. The spiral design seems to reach between my teeth and along the gums better than my old simple straight bristle brushes. I also like the tongue in cheek cleaner, though I typically use my tongue scraper I think it’s still neat to have that feature on a toothbrush. The pack comes with two.
