It does run a little big and fits more loose than tight, so if you prefer a snug rash-guard fit, you may want to size down. I bought this for a recent trip to Puerto Vallarta to keep the sun off much of my body and to not have to keep smearing sunscreen all over every few hours. I bought a Large (white) even though I thought it might be too big, but turns out it was just right length for my arms. The sleeves have holes for your thumbs and that turned out to be a very useful option when I went in the ocean it kept the sleeves from riding up my arms. Even though I was in the bright sun for most of the days I got no sunburn (I did use sunscreen on other exposed skin). It was a great buy and for a modest price and likely paid for itself in sunscreen lotion savings over the week of use. Read more

I bought this Roadbox Men's UPF 50+ Swim Rash Guard for outdoor activities, and overall it’s been a great purchase. The shirt is lightweight, quick-drying, and very comfortable to wear for long periods. It kept me well-protected from the sun, and I especially appreciated the thumb holes—they’re a clever feature that shielded the backs of my hands from UV exposure. That said, a word of caution: the fabric is not very durable if you’re around animals. My puppy’s claw snagged a thread and ripped the shirt much faster than I expected. It’s perfect for fishing, hiking, or lounging outdoors, but I wouldn’t recommend wearing it if you’ll be handling pets or anything sharp.
