I have a small tray in my humidifier. I call it the scent tray! I put this oil in it and I immediately smell it in the mist coming from the humidifier. Honestly, been using this stuff for 3 weeks now. It smells like Vicks. Strong smell. Can’t say it has helped with going to bed and breathing or relaxing easier. I do like the size of the bottle you get for the price. Overall, I do not plan to buy again. Just not for me. Read more
