Best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had! It was necessary for me to upgrade the cleaning with a baby coming. I needed something with steam sanitization, self cleaning and cordless on top of just vacuuming and moping. It’s very functional, I love that it has a charging station and again it self cleans so no more smelly rollers. Battery life is decent, our house is big (5 bedrooms) and the battery will last to clean the whole place, just keep in mind that steam sanitizing will consume more battery. I’ve used the Roborock F25 Ultra almost daily for a week on tile and hardwood floors, and it has exceeded most expectations. The suction power is strong and consistent, easily picking up dirt and pet hair in one pass. Floors look and feel cleaner, and they dry quickly with no streaks. The blue light feature is far more effective than I expected and helps reveal hidden dust easily. The setup was simple, and both tanks are easy to remove and refill. The unit feels sturdy and premium, and the base takes up very little floor space. Maneuverability is great for its size, and the self-driving wheels make it easy to move around. The self-cleaning mode works great, even after heavy use and plenty of pet hair from my two cats. For value, I think it’s fairly priced considering the build quality, power, and range of features. Comparable vacuums (dry only) are similarly priced with less features. The downsides are the short battery life in steam or heated modes, limited reach under low furniture, and only average results on dried, stuck-on spots. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing – Leaks Dirty Water Back Onto the Floor I’ve owned multiple Roborock products over the years and used to recommend the brand without hesitation. Unfortunately, the Roborock F25 wet & dry vacuum is one of the most poorly designed cleaning devices I’ve ever purchased. 🚫 Major design flaw – single roller causes constant dirty water leakage The biggest issue is the single-roller design. Previous models with dual rollers worked far better. With this unit: • The single roller accumulates a large amount of dirt and debris • When using hot water mode or steam mode, that buildup gets reheated and loosened • Instead of being properly vacuumed into the dirty tank, the contaminated water drips back onto the floor The result is: • Visible puddles forming behind the machine • Streaks and dirty marks left on freshly cleaned floors • Floors that actually look worse after cleaning You’re essentially spreading dirty water around your home. 💧 Leaks in ALL modes This isn’t limited to one setting — it leaks in every mode, but it becomes much worse with: • Steam mode • Hot water wash Those modes should be the premium feature, but they make the machine unusable. 🧼 Cleaning performance is unacceptable Instead of washing and vacuuming at the same time like it’s supposed to: • The roller gets overloaded • Suction can’t keep up • Dirty slurry gets pushed back onto the surface It completely defeats the purpose of a wet/dry vacuum. 📉 Massive downgrade from previous Roborock wet & dry model My previous Roborock Wet & Dry Vacuum Pro: • Cleaned perfectly • Never left puddles • Actually picked up dirty water properly The only reason I replaced it was because the vacuum motor eventually stopped working — but in terms of floor cleaning performance, it was far superior to the F25. 🤖 The only reliable Roborock product I own Ironically, the only Roborock device that still performs flawlessly is my: Roborock S7 robot vacuum — running strong for 6 years like a champ. That’s what makes this even more disappointing. The handheld/wet units are nowhere near the same quality. ❗ About the Amazon reviews… Based on my real-world experience, I genuinely cannot understand the high ratings.
