Favorite slippers ever!
I live in the PNW and winter here is dreary and grey ( seriously, we keep wishing for snow to break up the monotony of the rain.) Though we have 2 wood stoves and I tend to keep the house toasty, I'm also ridiculous and love fresh air..so the doors are often open. Here is where slippers come in. I don't want cold toes and I hate wearing socks and/or shoes. These are the best slippers I've found for keeping my feet warm and not sweaty. ( Nobody likes sweaty feet!) I wear them outside when I'm throwing the ball for our dog that thinks that's my only purpose in life and even wear them out to the mailbox, braving the rain and puddles. They wipe clean really well and in the off chance that I step in a puddle that's deeper than it looks, I can toss them on the boot dryer and they dry great. I've only washed them once after an unfortunate incident of the cat deciding it was a safe place to unlodge a hairball... But after tossing them in the washer, I tossed them on the boot dryer and they were as good as new. I also rely on my slippers for stability as I'm a happy little dumpster fire with all of the arthritis's and I'm stuck in a knee brace that resembles a dinosaur skeleton. These are my go to every morning. They're easy to slip on and I can't lie, I've worn them to town on more than one occasion as they're just that comfortable. I have every intention of buying more when I need to. If you're thinking about ordering them, just do it! I don't have all the fancy pictures but I'll share a current photo of the slippers that are on my feet, that have been worn daily for the last couple months, have been rained on, muddy, thrown up on, washed and tolerate my 10k+ step a day PNW hillbilly life.
