Best and most durable athletic tape
I have used a number of different tapes for Plantar fasciitis and golf /tennis elbow. The problem I have always had is while they have worked, they are not durable and need to be replaced after every shower. Not the Rocktape. This is by far the best and most durable tape I have used.
