I almost didn't get this b/c I became afraid after some customers complained that it burned their eyes. I thought about this for some time before I decided that it couldn't be burning eyes, or it would be taken off of the market. I took a chance. These are just fine for me and I really like these drops! What they are is COOLING and NOT burning. It felt like something more like 'menthol' which does have a 'cooling' effect. I don't think that people need to be afraid of this. Putting the drops in fely Good to me. I like this better than the brand name that I got from CVS. I like the cool feeling it gives my eyes. Bought these since I study in front of my computer for long periods of time, even with blue light glasses my eyes get fatigued. I love the cooling effect these drops have they make my eyes feel so moisturized . Read more

I work 45 hours a week on my computer. Sometimes 8-10 hours a day. I’m also a gamer and constantly looking at screens. I was having bad dry eye for awhile. These really help me. On day one I noticed the difference. I have keratoconus for over 20yrs now and my eyes have become really sensitive to the sunlight and worse when it’s that bright glare cloudy rainy days. I used to always wear sunglasses from morning to sunset when outdoors, but since I started to use these drops I can now walk out of my house without my sunglasses. I use the drops every day. I stare at a computer screen all day, and when I’m not staring at my computer, I am often staring at my phone. I am not proud, but it is what it is. By the end of the day, my eyes are dry and feel strained. I needed something to help my eyes feel less dry and this definitely does the trick.
