I almost didn't get this b/c I became afraid after some customers complained that it burned their eyes. I thought about this for some time before I decided that it couldn't be burning eyes, or it would be taken off of the market. I took a chance. These are just fine for me and I really like these drops! What they are is COOLING and NOT burning. It felt like something more like 'menthol' which does have a 'cooling' effect. These really help me. On day one I noticed the difference.
