I almost didn't get this b/c I became afraid after some customers complained that it burned their eyes. I thought about this for some time before I decided that it couldn't be burning eyes, or it would be taken off of the market. I took a chance. These are just fine for me and I really like these drops! What they are is COOLING and NOT burning. It felt like something more like 'menthol' which does have a 'cooling' effect. I don't think that people need to be afraid of this. Putting the drops in fely Good to me. I like this better than the brand name that I got from CVS. I like the cool feeling it gives my eyes. I work 45 hours a week on my computer. Sometimes 8-10 hours a day. I’m also a gamer and constantly looking at screens. I was having bad dry eye for awhile. These really help me. On day one I noticed the difference. I have keratoconus for over 20yrs now and my eyes have become really sensitive to the sunlight and worse when it’s that bright glare cloudy rainy days.
