This stuff is the best for tired, red eyes. Ice is absolutely my favorite after a long day at work behind a computer screen. Instant cooling sensation and gets the red out. But be warned, this stuff is not for everyone. The cooling is quite strong and likely will irritate sensitive eyes. I've let plenty of friends try them and it's either a love it or hate it product.
