A fun kit. Patience is required and a strong will to pay attention to detail. The parts fit together perfectly and if not - then you are doing it wrong. The instructions are very good but, you must pay attention. Look carefully at the parts and how they fit together. A very enjoyable finished model. Only negative is I wish there was lighting on the CooCoo bird itself. Read more

This clock was a blast to build. The pieces are high quality and cut very exact. They separated nicely from the sheets with light force. The pieces fit nicely together. You have to be able to visually identify how things fit together. Other than visualizing the fit, some of the hinges for the doors were difficult to work with. A little patience and gentle persuasion it will go together. I wanted to build another as soon as the first one was done. I had so much fun building it I bought one for my brother to put together. Fun and beautiful. Clock and cuckoo mechanism is exceptional. Actually easier to assemble than the marble runs since there’s fewer moving wooden parts. The detail competes with expensive cuckoo clocks. Read more

I've been building models for over 70 years and this is the best quality I have seen! Yes, it takes patience and some dexterity, but the finished product is amazing - and functional. I received this from my wife as a Christmas present. It took me a couple of weeks to find enough spare time, but I finished it today. It looks really cool and so far is keeping perfect time! I have it on the top of my desk in my upstairs office (cave?) running off the phone charger/cable option (to avoid changing batteries). I love being able to toggle the "chime" function on and off so easily and the switch for the lights is genius. (If I could find a reasonably priced display case for the Seahorse Barque model, I'd love putting that one together! I bet the Rokr folks could offer some kits to build cases, too! Hint, Hint) Read more

My daughter had this together in a day. Price was good. Quality was good. Appearance is great! Granted we enjoy assembling things. So for us and our skill level it was easy. Read more

I really love these little build kits & could become addicted to them! They are fun & give me something to do besides watching TV or being on my computer/phone. It's fun to create something unique with just small wooden pieces & my own two hands. And the motor parts are easy to assemble as well. As a 48 year old woman, I never thought I would be able to do something like this, but with the instructions I can! You have to read & follow them very carefully, though. And the pieces can break easily, so handle them with care. Sept 6 - I did have an issue with one of the bird's wings not working properly on this one. But I contacted customer service & they responded right away. I had to send them a picture & now they are sending me a free replacement part! It is going to take 2-3 weeks to deliver to the US, so my build is on hold for now. Oct 19 - I haven't received my replacement part yet. It should be her by now (has been 6 weeks). Just emailed customer service, so will see what they say 🤷🏼♀️ Read more

Very well designed kit, high quality, good instructions, and works well. Requires to be meticulously assembled and attention to details, so not everyone will be able to complete it successfully. Well worth it! Read more

This was my eighth 3D Wood puzzle build. It was the most enjoyable so far including using it afterwards. I was forced to use glue on part of the roofing to get it to stay in place. Otherwise, the parts were engineered and pre-cut very well. There are a lot of spares included too. There are at least two Youtube real time builds to watch and I recommend watching at least one of them. I go so engrossed in the build, I completed it over parts of four day. The drawings in the manual are good with almost no text. Pay close attention to the assembly notes and arrows. Read more
