Building out my Overland rig and needed a solidly designed and functional tool roll. I looked at multiple options as is always customary on Amazon and decided on this particular tool roll. Upon opening the box and pulling it out I knew this was made with pride and great materials. The thick canvas material coupled with heavy duty zippers and an orange zipper pulls is very nice. Size wise it's perfect as its 12" wide pockets hold plenty of tools. I love the carabiners for hanging the bag when in use. The tool bag has a solid hook and loop fastening for secure storage. The media could not be loaded. This is a great quality bag and has a lot of features i was looking for. Only thing is i wish it had a hang on side feature to be able to carry it on my shoulder. I'm an amateur radio operator and a member of a large ham club. I tend to carry around a lot of tools in my truck to take care of problems with power cables and antenna co-axial cables. I've experimented with some tool rolls before but they were too small to handle the bulky crimpers, strippers, and other tools that I use all the time, but this one changed my mind. I admit I balked a bit at the price, but with Amazon's return policy I thought I'd give this good-looking roll a try. I'm glad I did because it's up to the task. The quality of the overall roll is great, but specifically I want large pockets, smooth zippers, a label for each compartment, and a way to hang it up. Received my new tool roll (that will be used for storing items for an overlanding trip to Yellowstone & National Parks in Utah in a couple months). The roll came with a Thank You card & request for a review, explaining they’re a small company located on the Island of Hawaii, respect small businesses! First, I don’t usually take time for reviews, and this is the third similar roll I’ve ordered, the first two were cheaply made and not big enough. This tool roll is perfect, not only for my needs but for tools, long enough to carry long wrenches, and made well enough to handle the weight of a lot of heavy tools. Large zippers, seem built to last, also came with carabiners that are large enough to hang the tool roll even with it full of tools. Will certainly share where I got it from when people ask. I know this is advertised as a tool bag, but I’m part of a search and rescue team in Arizona (as a paramedic) and needed something to carry my limited medical gear in my hiking backpack for when we’re on rescues. This roll is the perfect way to package the minimal gear I need to carry, but keep it separate so I can have specific care equipment in specific pouches. I’ve added pictures showing some of the medical gear in there. I still have to add in my airway compartment and IV compartment. With this roll I’m able to carry all the medical gear I need in a small roll that will fit right into my backpack around my other emergency gear. Instead of carrying a large medical backpack (that is designed just for medical gear and carrying too much equipment) and trying to figure out how to get my regular gear into it, I carry a normal hiking backpack and just carry my medical gear inside this roll. I just unpackaged it and put the equipment in, but I found it to be a good size and although the canvas is a little bit heavier (meaning I have to carry more weight up and down the trail), I’m sure it will withstand the rigors that I need, for a long period of time. The medical rolls I saw were not built as durable as this. Looks to be a great product. If something changes after I utilize it a few times, or I have damage after a few uses, I will update this review. Although it will be a little bit tight to get all my IV and airway stuff in, I think it will work for everything. Read more
