I am loving this tool. I purchased it after reading about people using tongue scrapers. I have always brushed my tongue with a toothbrush after brushing my teeth but never felt like it really did the job 100%. So I talked with my dental hygienist neighbor and she recommended buying a quality scraper. These work very well, perhaps too well if you get a little overly rambunctious with them. Just use gentle pressure, don't push down and pull the scraper over your tongue. But be sure to be over the sink when you do because the stuff comes off even if you previously brushed your tongue with the toothbrush. It works as advertised and I'm enjoying it. I do notice that after scraping the tongue you do taste things more readily than prior. I guess it gets all the build up off and those little buggars are happy to taste for you again. It rinses off just fine and you dry them with a towel before returning to the medicine cabinet. Well made, good quality smooth steel, not pitted at all. Read more
