EXCELLENT so far!!!! I was a little skeptical to buy these. I have an extreme case of over-pronating. It's so bad that every medical pair of orthopedic insoles I've had made don't work because the edge pushes into the side of my foot causing extreme pain. I'm waiting for, yet another pair specifically made for me & in the meantime I saw these. The reviews were good & so I gave it a shot. I can usually tell within a few steps if they'll work. I was pleasantly surprised by how good my feet felt, especially the right. They are giving enough support to keep ankle from rolling inwards to much. I am wearing them all day today, so far so good. My left arch is hurting a little, but that's mostly from not having used any shoes in the house. I think I will be purchasing a second pair. I really like that they are not full foot so it gives me more options as to what shoe I want to wear. Read more

I over pronate pretty bad-which is caused a lot of problems with my knee and lower back when I’m on my feet a lot these days. I have inserts and pretty much every pair of shoes that I wear except my Birkenstocks. I put these in Samba’s before a day trip to NYC. I was skeptical about using new inserts for such a long day and I brought my old inserts with me. A few hours and I was feeling good but decided to put my old inserts in just in case and I actually went back to the new ones and they were fantastic! Read more

I’ve had horrendous plantar fasciitis for the last few months, to the point that I’m limping every morning and by the end of most days. I’ve tried several different types of inserts and these are by far the best. Because they’re made of solid material, they’re very sturdy and supportive. I have high arches, and every other insert has been too soft to offer adequate support. By the end of the day, my feet are sore, but not in excruciating pain anymore. The only reason I rated them 4 instead of 5 stars is that they feel just barely too long and they can’t exactly be adjusted. I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s shoes, and the arch support on these is ever so slightly too far forward on my foot. Not enough to stop using them, just enough to be noticeable and a little annoying. I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis heel pain for 2 months now. I tried other inserts and they didn't do anything. Today the these inserts were delivered. Put them in my shoes, stepped in my shoes and..... NO PAIN!!!! It's as if my ankle is aligned or the arch is supported. I don't know what happened but the pain is gone. The inserts are hard and durable which I assume offer more arch support unlike the soft inserts which did nothing. Whatever the reason is I'm ordering more pairs for all my other shoes!!! This product made my day by making my pain go away! And to thik I almost spent $1000 on custom orthotics. Read more

I've been flat-footed my whole life and within the last dozen years or so I've experimented with numerous insert designs. For the last 5 years or so I'd used a unique firm foam design that seemed to work well but I noticed the foam would only retain it's original shape for a few weeks. I decided to give this more rigid design a try. I was skeptical regarding comfort but these things really delivered, even alleviating knee pain that I never realized was related. Good quality, comfortable, fit well, and stable. Hard and not flimsy. Good arch stability but I just noticed the heightened arch area is not fully solid on underside for support. Puts strain on ankle after using a few days & ankle sore. Felt like strain after wearing high heels. Not for use in dainty dress shoes but good for stable shoes and sneakers etc. Read more
