Recently, my husband clipped the charger to his belt loop, plugged his phone in, and placed his phone in his pocket. His phone quickly charged while we enjoyed walking around. This is very convenient and will be great for trips! It had to be fully charged on arrival. It did take at least an hour to get it to full charge with about half battery life. It has a built in cable for iPhone and android. The color is a nice mint green. it functions great and super easy to use, it has a nice battery meter although no numbers, just small circle lights. This thing is pretty great. My old one was barely hanging in there after more than a decade, so this one feels like a major upgrade by comparison. Charging blocks definitely have more features now than back then. It’s small and not super heavy, it fits in a jacket pocket or small purse easily. The built in cables are the move- rather than trying to keep a regular cord from getting tangled up in my bag, these just click into place for storage. It charges my phone pretty quickly, even when I’m sitting there using it while it charges. I personally like that it has the old apple charger as well, because I still have earbuds that charge this way and it’s the only item I have left that uses it. I frequently misplace the ones I have.
